SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping occurs after the processing period is complete and you recieve a tracking number via email. All orders will be shipped in 2-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. All units will require a signature upon delivery, be sure that someone is home to sign for your package. If you do in fact miss the initial delivery your package can be picked up from your local post office. For security purposes your SHIPPING address and BILLING address MUST MATCH orders that addresses don’t match will be cancelled and refunded. Be sure to double check shipping information before purchase. We will not be responsible for shipping address errors after the item as shipped, so please double check shipping info before placing order.
Once your package is shipped and you receive a tracking number we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or damaged items. All orders include insurance and signature delivery. We ask that you contact USPS or UPS for additional information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If we’ve some how made a mistake we do offer free returns or exchanges, ONLY if an item is incorrect on our behalf. ( Wrong product, Damaged Lace etc.) The product can be returned for store credit or a replacement of the original product. Product(s) must be returned untampered and lace attached. For sanitary purposes our products can not be resold once worn or tampered with this is why all sales are finial and non-refundable.
